Learn how to make a restaurant-quality Balti meal from scratch in this fun, hands-on cooking class in Birmingham. This is the perfect activity for anyone wanting to master authentic cooking techniques at a relaxed and friendly pace.
In this hands-on workshop, you'll get professional tips and guidance to create a complete feast from scratch. Best of all, you will take home your very own genuine Balti Bowl from the Birmingham Balti Bowl Company, so you can continue making delicious food at home.
You will cook:
  • Chicken balti (vegetarian and vegan paneer options available upon booking)
  • Pilau rice
  • Funky kachumba Salad
  • Flame-roasted masala poppadoms
This class is ideal for beginners, as no experience is needed. You can enjoy hot and cold refreshments throughout, and at the end, you can either sit down to enjoy your meal or take it home in the containers provided. The recipes will be emailed to you after the class so you can cook it all again. The venue also has free parking and disability access.
