Marea is a lifelong crafter who is originally from Yorkshire but is now happily settled in West Oxfordshire. She started her small business, Art of Jaipur, when she found herself with an empty nest and had more time to be creative. Her workshops quickly became popular and she left her job as an events organiser at a local college to run her business full time. She's passionate about crafting and making beautiful things for the home and garden and now runs workshops all over the south of England. She teaches Indian block printing, candle and diffuser making and has recently introduced workshops in footstool making. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience as well as meeting new people so for her it's the perfect business. Marea likes to make her workshops as relaxed and fun as possible and her aim is for people to have a great time as well as taking home something beautiful!
