Honey Pot Pottery Workshop

Create your own beautiful honey pot in this sweet two-hour hand-building pottery class in Kempston! You'll learn the traditional coiling technique to build a functional and decorative piece that’s a perfect addition to any kitchen.During this session, you'll design and build a honey pot approximately 15cm tall. Your teacher will guide you through the process of stacking and smoothing coils of clay to create a sturdy, rounded shape. You'll also craft a matching lid, making your pot ideal for storing honey or sugar, or simply using it as a unique decorative item. There’s no need to have any previous experience with clay – this workshop is designed for beginners. Your teacher will provide all the materials and expert guidance you need to feel comfortable and confident as you get hands-on with the coiling method. It’s a low-pressure environment where you can switch off and enjoy the tactile nature of pottery.
