£150 - £160 (£160 per guest when you book for 1+ guests, £150/guest for 6+ guests) (PayPal Pay in 3 available)

Join this fun and relaxed workshop and learn how to create a charming ceramic hare sculpture. You will be amazed at what you can achieve in this activity, even if you have never touched clay before!
My step-by-step guidance makes the process easy to follow, allowing you to build your own original and unique sculpture. While I'll show you the techniques, I also encourage you to think about the process and put your own personal style into your work, creating a characterful piece that is truly yours.
This workshop takes place over two sessions. First, you will sculpt your hare. Once it is dry, I will bisque fire it for you. You can then return to the studio – approximately three weeks later – to glaze your creation. After a final re-fire, your sculpture will be ready for collection.
You'll leave feeling incredibly proud of what you've made, taking home a stunning handmade sculpture that you have brought to life with your own hands.
What you'll get
  • All materials and tools are provided, including two firings and glazes.
  • Tea & coffee and biscuits.

I started drawing at the age of 7 which lead to painting and many other materials. Then in 2008 when I started a fine art degree course I began to use clay and have not stopped. Clay really does open up another world, it’s fun, exciting, therapeutic and has endless capabilities. I work in both ceramics and bronze. I have created corporate and private commissions large and small. Over the years I have also done many talks to groups about my work, and I have also done demonstrations and work-alongs with big groups and home educated children to mention a few. I love to pass on what I have learned. After completing my fine art degree I wanted to learn more about clay so I joined a ceramics MA course and gained a master’s degree in ceramics. I now teach small groups in ceramics from my studio. It is a friendly relaxed and fun environment to come into!
