What you'll do
Get creative and make your own vibrantly decorated pumpkin or sugar skull at this spooky ceramic painting class in Teesside!
During this mobile workshop, local crafter Rachel will teach you all the tips and tricks you need to paint a spooktacular Halloween decoration to display in your home. From classic oranges and whites to spotty, stripey and rainbow print, you'll get to decide how you paint your finished pumpkin or skull to create a truly unique piece.
Whether you're looking for tactile team building activities to enjoy with your colleagues or you need a Halloween-themed workshop to check out with the family, this beginner-friendly class is a fantastic chance to get creative with the ones you love the most.
At the end of this workshop, Rachel will take your spooky ceramic masterpieces away to be glazed and fired in the kiln, ready to accessorise your decorations just in time for All Hallow's Eve!
Please note:
- Your piece will normally be fired and glazed within two weeks but lead-times can be up to three weeks during a busy period.
- The finished sugar skull is 9.5cm and pumpkin is 9cm x 9.5cm

Popolo Ceramico is a ceramics business that specialises in personalised ceramics. The business was founded by Christina Taylor-Chisholm in 2010. Christina studied Art in Newcastle upon-Tyne and has always had a passion for ceramics. Following the birth of her first child, after a career in Project Management Christina decided she wanted a much better work/life balance so decided to leave her job and set up a ceramics business. Combining her love of art, ceramics, interior design, bright colours and her background in business, Popolo Ceramico was created.
