Perfect for those looking for fun things to do in Bristol, come alone or bring your friends and enjoy a selection of gins as your friendly distiller takes you on a journey through the history and production methods of this much-loved spirit.

You can expect this tasting to be casual while still being informative – and of course, lots of fun! With your charismatic host welcoming you, you're sure to feel instantly relaxed and ready for a tipple. By the end of the tasting, you'll have a whole host of fun facts and tidbits about your favourite spirit and a lovely buzz from all the delicious libations. Every tasting is hosted by an experienced distiller, so you can be assured that they know what they are talking about, and most probably made the spirits you are tasting.

Every tasting is held in our specially designed tasting room above the distillery at The Rummer, in central Bristol, and there is a chance to purchase your new favourite spirit at the end of the tasting.

Don't drink? Don't worry, this gin tasting also provides a great selection of non-alcoholic spirits for those who would prefer not to drink alcohol – let us know upon booking!

Bristol Dry Gin is a micro-distillery situated in the centre of Bristol, in the vaulted basement of an ancient building.

The brand was started in January 2017 by two inquisitive cocktail bartenders who wanted to produce a range of spirits that they would be proud to serve on their bar. Experimentation, superb quality, a great sense of humour, a friendly nature and vibrant artwork have all been at the heart of our operation.

We have strived to make a spirit recipe for every occasion and tried to use as many rare and unusual botanicals as we can get our hands on. Past experiments range from bacon vodka and pizza gin to hibiscus and lime leaf limoncello. Aside from the strange experiments, we produce exquisite citrus-lead gins, fruit gins and spiced gins. We even have a chai-spiced gin in the range.

We have won multiple awards for many of our spirits, ranging from local awards to two highly prized World Gin Awards.
