My name is Doreen and, together with Tina and Warren, I run Barbican Botanics, a beautiful gin room on the historic and beautiful Barbican in Plymouth. Our gin business started back in 2016, with the launch of 'little gin box', our gin subscription company. Barbican Botanics Gin followed in 2017 and the Gin Room followed in 2018. In 2019 we launched Barbican Botanics Spiced Rum and 'Little Rum Box'. During all of our growth, we've tried to stay true to our original aims, to support the UK independent spirits industry and spotlight the finest independent UK distillers and brewers with particular emphasis on the South West.
