  • Four deeply grounding yoga classes suitable for all levels, gently balancing your mind, body, and soul.
  • Mindful nature walks and grounding outdoor rituals, surrounded by breathtaking golden autumnal landscapes.

A Glimpse at Your Itinerary (Rough Guide):
Friday – Arrival & Welcome from 4PM: Settle in, enjoy teas and treats, followed by an Opening Ceremony, nourishing dinner, and a deeply soothing Guided Meditation and Restorative Yoga Class.
Saturday – Root & Reflect: Begin with Morning Yoga, followed by breakfast, a Guided Nature Walk & Grounding Ritual, vegan lunch, a Creative Workshop, time for rest, Restorative Yoga, dinner, and Fireside Journaling & Meditation.
Sunday – Reclaim & Rise: Enjoy Morning Yoga, breakfast, a "Rising" workshop, lunch, and a Closing Ceremony before departures at 3PM.
Please note: All sessions are optional – this weekend is truly for you. Timings are approximate and subject to gentle adjustment. To preserve a sense of presence and discovery, some workshop details will be shared during the retreat.
To enhance your experience, massage and Reiki practitioners will be on-site for treatments available at an extra cost.
Location: Our tranquil haven, In Fakenham, Norfolk - conveniently located only 1h 50m by train from London King's Cross.
