Cathy is so informative and helpful while also not being overbearing or inserting herself in your designs unless she can see there is somethig which might not turn out the way you want. The selection of glass (colours, textures and types) was so vast and perfect for a large arary of design ideas. I got this as a gift for my partner and I joined of course! We made some lovely glass hangers and can't wait to see them fired!

The event was a roaring success—mindful, relaxing, and incredibly fun for everyone involved. Kathy and Angelina were amazing throughout the entire experience. They were not only super helpful and friendly but also brought a wealth of knowledge about the glass fusing process, which made the session both educational and enjoyable. Their passion and expertise really shone through. The setup was seamless—all the equipment was provided, and the logistics were handled effortlessly. The booking system was simple and efficient, making the whole process smooth from start to finish. We’re all so excited to see our finished pieces, and many of us are already talking about doing it again. I’m currently looking into other corporate workshops they offer—this was such a great way to unwind, bond as a team, and try something creative. I would highly recommend the glass fusing workshop to any company or group looking for a unique and meaningful team experience. Thank you, Glass by Design!

Advice, suggestions and encouragement given by the teacher, Angelina, throughout as we took our individual designs from the planning and design stage to the finished pieces ready for firing in the kiln. Excited to pick up my tea light Santa in around 10 days time. Thank you for a very relaxing, enjoyable and productive experience.

We were given a quick lesson on how to handle the glass and then our lesson began. It was a very enjoyable hour and a half and we have a lovely (hopefully) glass to treasure for all time. I'm going to purchase a gift card for my daughter for Christmas. I'm sure that she will enjoy it as much as I did. Many thanks.

It was a very mindful activity and one I would definitely recommend. All materials and tools proved so all we had to do is get creative!
