What you'll do
Immerse yourself in a morning of creating fused glass designs. In this unique class, held at your teacher Linda's home studio in Cranborne or Walford Mill Crafts, you will learn all about the fusing process to create your own garden flowers.
Come along to this relaxed and creative workshop and add some spring colours to your home! We'll begin the session by making a small suncatcher for practice. Don't worry if you're new to glass fusing, this class is designed for beginners like you. Linda's guidance will make you feel at ease as you explore the tips and techniques of this creative activity.
The final piece will be a garden flower-themed picture or coaster crafted from pre-cut bases and glass granules. You can create your own design or use one of Linda's many templates as inspiration.
Join us for this small, friendly class to design and create personalised glass art pieces. Your designs will be ready to collect 10 days after the session or they can be posted to you for an additional cost of £8. We can't wait to see you there!

No experience is necessary. Suitable for beginners and those who have worked with glass before.

Linda has been a glass artist for over 20 years, based at her workshop near Cranborne, Dorset.
Linda explores the traditional techniques of stained glass, copper foil ‘tiffany’, mosaics and glass fusing. Captivated by the light, texture and colour combinations of glass, she has developed a range of vibrant contemporary designs.
These include, framed tiffany pictures and sun catchers, vibrant fused glass jewellery, and fused glass hangings, coasters and bowls.
Her work is inspired by the natural forms and colours.
