Starting out in 2011 I created wedding bouquets with a difference. Using buttons, brooches, old jewellery which I turned into keepsakes for brides. My obsession with buttons progressed through the years and I took on a shop in my local town of Ryde, on the beautiful Isle of Wight where I started to teach workshops using buttons as the main theme. I have had my shop in Ryde since 2017 where I now host crafting hen parties, childrens craft parties and workshops. From Flower Crowns to Button Art, Paper flowers to Button Christmas Trees.Here on the Isle of Wight we have the festival each year and I try and create different items for my festival group. in 2023 it was Mermaid Crowns, last year was Flower Crowns - next year... I am working on it :)I do still make wedding bouquets, buttonholes and accessories as well as my craft side. I have been lucky enough to have appeared in a few wedding/craft magazines over the years, also creating 350 themed buttonholes for the MOBO awards a few years back. I am self taught having lots of practice over the last 13 years.
