I’m Claire, a yoga instructor, sound healing and massage practitioner, artist and musician, and the founder of Flying Bear House in Brighton & Hove. After a fast-paced career in corporate and finance, I stepped away to slow down and reconnect with practices that supported my wellbeing. I explored many different approaches before finding my way back to the traditions I grew up with - Chinese tea ceremony, sound and traditional arts - the practices that felt most grounding, familiar and meaningful.My sessions blend cultural ritual with gentle sensory awareness, offering a calm and accessible way to experience tea, sound and traditional craft. Everything is guided at a steady pace, inviting presence, connection and ease through simple, shared experience.
