  • 3/5 from Neil Moorhouse, attended May 2026: Take a apron. They not suppy them.
  • 5/5 from Anonymised ClassBento customer, attended Mar 2024: Today my daughters took part in the acrylic paint pouring workshop. Our teacher Sophie was really good, she was patient with the girls and showed them how to get the best results. Their creations look amazing. Great workshop.
  • 5/5 from Gillian Chowdhury, attended Aug 2023: Loved it. The time just flew by, I could have carried on for hours! The teacher, Sophie, was lovely and really helpful. I was surprised at the kit, fantastic value for money, with ceramic tiles, canvases and a good selection of paints. It can get a bit messy though plastic gloves were provided. I'd recommend taking an old apron. The classes are a great idea for Christmas presents.
  • 5/5 from Victoria Morley, attended Jul 2023: What a fun session! My daughter enjoyed mixing and pouring the paints. I thought it was brilliant value for money. The course was cheaper than buying the kit itself and you got a set of coasters to paint aswell. We attracted quite a bit of interest in the shop and i'm sure other beginners will book on these sessions, particularly as the sets dont have instructions included. So its great to have a go with an instructor on hand.
  • 5/5 from Carol Crail, attended Jul 2023: I thoroughly enjoyed this class. Paula explained the process well in a friendly helpful way at a good pace and she was great fun. I was pleasantly surprised at the materials we were given and were allowed to take home with us. There were three of us and this was a nice number and worked well. I thought the class was very good value and would certainly recommend it.
  • 5/5 from Ashleigh Honeywill, attended Jun 2023: Sophie hosted a great workshop today. A fairly simple class, but a good introduction taster to acrylic paint pouring. In 60 minutes you’ll paint 4x ceramic coasters & potentially 2 medium sized canvas boards. An enjoyable afternoon.
  • 5/5 from Deborah Noble, attended May 2023: This was a great fun and informal workshop. Our tutor Glen was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The workshop was great value as the fee is less than the price of the materials and you get to take home the leftover paint etc. I would definitely recommend it, I think I am now addicted to acrylic paint pouring.
  • 5/5 from Nikki Berry, attended Apr 2023: I have just got back from my first ever paint pouring tutorial and I absolutely loved it It ended up being a private session as no-one else had booked on, which was lovely as I got to try a few more techniques! Glen was my main teacher, along with Sam who had recently started at Hobbycraft. Both of them were really lovely, very chatty and great at offering ideas and advice!
  • 5/5 from Amanda Boyton, attended Feb 2023: Teacher was very good and we had fun. Impressed with the quantity of material you get in the gift box. I good introduction to pouring paint. Area was a little cramped but we just about had enough room.
  • 4/5 from Davina Arnold, attended Feb 2023: Had a lovely time paint pouring with Glen. I’m looking forward to collecting my dried art! The only constructive criticism I might offer is that the table being in the middle of the store means that there were frequent interruptions from customers looking for stock. A separate or sectioned off area might offer a better workshop experience.
  • 5/5 from Denise Lloyd, attended Jan 2023: The young lady who took our class was great. She really looked after us. We enjoyed the paint pouring and will definitely do it at home. The kit we had was nice and had plenty of products in it, good value for money. If you are looking to have a fun and productive hour I would recommend this. Thank you. Our class was at Farnborough Hobbycraft.
  • 5/5 from Charmaine Seabury, attended Dec 2022: Glen was really helpful and kind and made the class really enjoyable. Would highly recommend this class to others.
  • 5/5 from Elaine Nussey, attended Oct 2022: This workshop was a great taster to see how to do paint pouring. The kit we were given was brilliant with all the colours plus cups, spatulas, gloves and canvases. The tutors showed us how to pour different ways for different results and then we were able to try ourselves on 3 pours. I loved being able to use the colours in various combinations and was pleased with the results. My only issue is the lack of space around the table we were using in the middle of the store so other customers had to squeeze by. Otherwise I would really recommend this to get an idea of how to pour and mix and use the silicone oil. Loved it!
  • 5/5 from Deborah Flower, attended Oct 2022: I thought the teacher was great, very friendly. The kit I got to work with was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
  • 5/5 from Dawn Mahoon, attended Jul 2022: Alannis was a fantastic teacher good fun! Great value for money as u get to take the leftover material as well as the canvas u painted (although u have to go back to collect once they dried) great venue and easy parking def recommend
  • 5/5 from Diana Khorshidi, attended Dec 2021: My daughter was very anxious about this session but Alicia was an amazing teacher, she was very kind, friendly and patient with such energy that she had a great time creating fluid art. I was surprised by the amount of materials provided and would definitely recommend this course!
  • 3/5 from Suzy Gray, attended Nov 2021: Whilst the tutor was very lovely, there was limited instruction. There wasn't sufficient space and there were no facilities to wash the paint off your hands. It would be helpful to advise people to bring an apron and it'd be helpful to have somewhere to let the art dry in store ready for collection at a later date.
