  • 5/5 from Sally Amphlett, attended Feb 2026: Excellent hour of fun learning. Everything was explained clearly & questions were asked & answered. Loved seeing the cells develop & how the paint moved & changed when tilted. 2 canvases & 1 coaster. Excellent.
  • 5/5 from Suzy Wedley, attended Jan 2026: I had a great time learning about acrylic pouring. Luckily it was just me and the tutor and she was great at showing me a variety of techniques on both canvas and some blank coasters which I could take home and I also took home the spare paint etc from the kit we used. Great value for money and very informative.
  • 5/5 from Claire, attended Mar 2025: My daughter (age 11) and her friends absolutely loved the Paint Pouring Workshop. The teacher was so helpful and patient and knowledgeable and the kit provided was excellent. I can find no fault with it at all. We all look forward to trying the ideas we learnt at home. Thank you so much.
  • 5/5 from Jill Bayliss, attended Oct 2024: Molly our teacher for the hour was so lovely. She made my granddaughters 12th birthday present a memorable experience. It was terrific Bart for money, one whole hour with molly + all the paints to take home and carry on with the fun experience. Pouring Art is good fun.
  • 5/5 from Kirsty Forbes, attended Jan 2024: Molly was the perfect teacher and I enjoyed the session more than I expected. I’m not usually crafty so this was a great opportunity to try something out. The products were great and it was great value for money.
  • 5/5 from Susan, attended Jan 2024: As a group of 4 we had great fun trying out the different techniques of paint pouring with all being well explained by our teacher who was extremely supportive and encouraging! It was a fantastic session and great value for money.
  • 5/5 from Susan Higgins, attended Aug 2023: The teacher was fantastic and gave clear and helpful instructions and tips. The kit was brilliant for a beginner like me. The workshop was very good value.
  • 5/5 from Leigh Arscott, attended Aug 2023: Lots of different options. Think it would be good to ask people to bring apron, gloves or wipes
  • 5/5 from Annabelle Sinclair, attended Jul 2023: This session was really good fun, informative and creative. I came with my daughter and Molly our teacher couldn't have been more helpful and encouraging. We both really enjoyed the session and our creations - it was great to be shown different techniques which produced alternative effects. The box that you get in the workshop to take home afterwards is worth the value of the class alone. We would highly recommend this as a class to come along to and are looking forward to going back to collect our creations. We're really looking forward to experimenting at home.
  • 5/5 from Teresa Baker-Sloley, attended Jul 2023: This was a really great course to do and amazing value. Thanks so much l will definitely do more pouring at home!
  • 5/5 from Samantha Adams, attended Jul 2023: This workshop really exceeded my expectations! Supplied with a great kit to take home and carry on on my own. Excellent instruction from a lovely teacher! This was my first Hobbycraft workshop and I would definitely do more in the future.
  • 5/5 from Sandra Wells, attended Jul 2023: Hi, we had a wonderful time exploring this craft which resulted in some interesting effects and colour combinations. Our tutor was knowledgable and friendly and ensured we had all we needed to create a small canvas art work and decorate two ceramic coasters. We each had a kit filled with a generous selection of pre-mixed paint colours, canvases and coasters and we have enough left over to do some more at home. The paint takes 48 hours to dry so we have left our treasures in our tutor’s safe hands and will call back in a few days time to collect them. It was a fun and somewhat messy experience for our group of three (myself, mum and husband) and I really recommend it.
  • 5/5 from Gabrielle Campbell-West, attended May 2023: I did this workshop after already having done a few paint pour canvases at home but wanted to see if I would learn or try out anything else that would help me when doing more. I was the only one on the workshop and it was nice to have individual attention. The teacher was very helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. The venue was fairly easy to get to on public transport but unfortunately the weather was atrocious so got a bit wet getting there and home. It was good to be given a box of paint and canvases as a free gift but it would have been nice to be able to take this home so that we could do more with them at home, rather than use most of the materials in the workshop but understand the cost involved in supplying the materials to use. The workshop was alright cost wise especially as it was one on one as no one else booked on it that day. I was able to try out a tree ring pour and use silicone oil on canvas boards for the first time which made for interesting work and I think it was good I was able to try out not tried out at home yet. I will need to go back to collect the boards once they are dry but nice I was able to leave them there to do that. You wouldn’t want to try taking home wet boards especially on a bus home in torrential rain! Overall a good experience and I am glad I did the workshop.
  • 5/5 from Lesley Field, attended Apr 2023: Great value for money - I used my introductory 15% discount and got a box of paints and resources all nicely wrapped! The teacher was very helpful and made sure that I was happy using all the equipment. She had some good suggestions about my future project (paint pouring on MDF letters). I definitely feel more confident having a go myself at home. Great fun!
  • 5/5 from Elaine Nicholson, attended Mar 2023: Had a brilliant hours tuition on beginners paint pouring with Molly. Fitted in 3 different techniques as her tuition was clear and easy to follow. Excellent starter kit in with the price. Could leave my works of art to dry and pick them up later. Well worth the money and has given me the push I needed to have a go on my own! Thank you Molly
  • 5/5 from Tracie Cooke, attended Feb 2023: Really enjoyed the class - it was something I’d always wanted to try & I’m glad I did. Holly was a great instructor & explained the process really well. Pleased with the final pieces of art & would definitely recommend having a go at this.
  • 5/5 from Elaine Ridley, attended Feb 2023: Lovely workshop with Molly. I learnt a few new techniques and received a great starter kit, so very good value. Very enjoyable afternoon and I would definitely do another workshop.
  • 5/5 from Jo-Anne Hartley, attended Dec 2022: We had Sarah and she was brilliant, very knowledgeable and very creative. She explained things clearly and was incredibly encouraging and helpful when mistakes were made. Only complaint is the class wasn't long though, I could have stayed there for longer and learnt more techniques. As someone who suffers with anxiety I found this very relaxing and fun and was able to get out my head for a short while
  • 5/5 from Sharon Costello, attended Nov 2022: Sara was a fantastic tutor- very friendly and helpful and full of passion for creativity like me! What a fabulous job to have, to be paid for doing what you love…heaven! The placement of the workshop was very in the centre of the shop which I found quite distracting at times and I can imagine at busy times, more so. On the other hand, it was also inviting attention to the craft and our work, so I can see it is perfect as a marketing tool! The kit provided was amazing….all you need to get going, so thank you! Session could have lasted all night as it was so therapeutic! Thank you so much all in all. I thoroughly enjoyed it… I was the only one there, so excellent 1:1 session. I felt very special and inspired. I will definitely book more! Sharon.
  • 5/5 from Becky Vanstone, attended Aug 2022: Absolutely loved the experience! Great teacher and wonderful techniques to learn. Will keep an eye out gorgeous future classes.
  • 5/5 from Carolyn Williams, attended Aug 2022: Teacher was brilliant and very enthusiastic. The box of goodies were terrific and a lovely surprise. All in all a brilliant and very enjoyable class.
  • 5/5 from Karina Southwell-Vickery, attended Jul 2022: Wow it was awesome Lovely to be able to be hands on and face to face with your artisan (just in case you get stuck or something goes wrong) Molly is knowledgeable and helpful Good quality products still plenty left to do more at home
  • 5/5 from Helen Taylor, attended Jul 2022: Lovely little session good tutor wish It was a bit longer and more in depth but happy with having a go
  • 5/5 from Helen Hobden, attended Jun 2022: I spent a fantastic hour learning acrylic paint pouring with Tina! She was a lovely teacher and gave me so many ideas for my own artworks going forward. The materials supplied were good quality and I was pleased with the outcomes of my first efforts! I would recommend this course :-)
  • 4/5 from Christine Ogden, attended May 2022: Teacher was great very helpful. And patient with me she showed me how to mlx the flotrol and paint together
  • 5/5 from Susan Chrisene, attended Nov 2021: Really enjoyed this session with Tina. Tina helpful in techniques and others helped in being able to transport wet pictures in boxes to the car. Good to see end product before you start.
  • 5/5 from Carri Bartle, attended Oct 2021: This is the first workshop I have done with Hobbycraft. Sara was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and made it good fun. I was given a big 'kit' with all the items necessary to make my 'masterpieces', and I could take home what was left - plenty for me to experiment with. I thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be signing up for other workshops.
