Festive Bake Off Competition Class

Looking for fun things to do in Brighton full of Christmas cheer? Get your rolling pins at the ready for a baking class with a unique twist. In this class, your group will be competing for star baker! Whether it's a family get-together or a team-building event, this Christmas baking workshop will get everyone feeling festive.You'll be welcomed into the Brighton Cookery School kitchen with some bubbles before splitting into teams to tackle the bakes and cakes. Your group will then go through the recipe together and get baking with help from methods cards and plenty of tips and tricks.Don't worry if you're not well versed in sugar and flour, our chefs will give you helpful demonstrations and patisseries tricks that will build your confidence. The first half of the session will be focused on baking before a breather over lunch. Once the goodies are cool, you'll get to give cake decorating a go.The team with the best finished creation will win the bake off and everyone gets to taste their sweet treat.
