Amy Levin is a professional chef, chocolate maker and chocolatier based in Burderop, Wiltshire. Originally from the USA, Amy has been in the U.K. since 2004 and developed her passion for chocolate in 2006 while working for The Raw Chocolate Company.
Amy was able to apply that experience and knowledge to her role as Senior Sous and Pastry Chef to World Renowned Executive Chef, Chad Sarno (co-founder of Wicked Healthy) at Saf London & Munich during their opening years.
With over 20 years experience as a professional chef and a decade specialising in all-natural chocolates and desserts, Amy gives people the experience of learning in a relaxed yet professional environment.
Amy has been teaching her signature chocolate classes both live and online since 2009. She's a fun, supportive teacher who encourages people to learn at their own pace and develop their own style.
