Listen to Your Body

We start our sessions with a wholesome warm up exploring the strengths and boundaries of our own unique bodies before we get up in to the air.

See what you can do

See What You Can Do

We can explore different aerial pathways together in a supportive environment. Everyone has different capabilities and transferable skills and knowledge to bring to the air.

Showcase your skills! (Optional)

Showcase Your Skills! (Optional)

You have an optional opportunity to perform your new skills, which serves as an excellent way to end a fun day of learning aerial. This could be a showcase for the parents, or perhaps you might want to make a film or photo shoot to capture the memories of the day and progress everyone made.

Take to the air and explore a range of aerial disciplines, from aerial rope and hoop to trapeze and silks at this acrobatics workshop – a brilliant, wholesome activity for friends and families alike.
Bring the whole family along for a fun day out, with the option to learn aerial doubles moves that parents and children can try together. Prefer some time to yourself? The kids can play while you take a class of your own, or you can leave them with us for the day to have a fun day together – whatever suits you best.
Once everyone's got the hang of their new skills, there's an optional chance to show them off. Put on a showcase for family and friends, or capture the day's progress with a film or photo shoot. Not one for performing? You can still get stuck in behind the scenes – choosing music, directing, or choosing costumes are all part of the fun.
For larger groups, a small collection of ground equipment – juggling bean bags, hula hoops and diablos – is also available, either as an open workshop taught by our artists or for supervised free play and skill-swapping between students.

I am an aerial performer specialising in Corde Lisse (aerial rope), which I began training in 2017 with NoFit State.
Since 2022, I have performed and taught aerial rope and silks throughout the summer months annually with Panic Circus, alongside various other events, including Glastonbury in 2024.
I love to combine aerial technique with theatrical clowning, exploring how we might tell stories in the air while doing dynamic spins and dramatic drops!
Some of my training and performance footage can be found on Instagram:
https://www.instagram.com/rhiannon.craft.rope/
I am able to cater to a variety of events and abilities, and enjoy the challenge of working with mixed-level students.
I often work alongside other aerialists to bring a variety of aerial disciplines, such as rope, straps, hoop, silks and trapeze on my own freestanding rig.
With access to a growing, diverse network of performing artists, workshops can be tailored to your tastes to include other disciplines.
This could include juggling, hooping, ground-based acrobatics, or even something a bit different like contemporary dance or break-dancing.
Please do get in touch about any ideas or specific requests, and we can try and facilitate!
We can work towards creating a routine or show if this is something that sings to you.
If you want professional photos or videos, this can also be arranged.
I hold certification in Aerial Performance Rigging Fundamentals
I am insured through Equity (Membership No. 00471025)
I have a clear enhanced DBS
