I’m an artist based in Sheffield. I did my foundation in Art & Design at Chesterfield College but decided not to go on to university. Instead, I started renting a studio, going to life drawing classes, and really fell in love with drawing.

Not long after, I began running my own classes at my studio and later set up Anomaly Life Drawing with a friend. Around this time, the university approached me in 2018 about running art classes, but their café space had huge windows, which wasn’t ideal for traditional nude life drawing. I suggested we try dog life drawing instead — helped by the fact that my friends had some very lazy sighthounds — and that’s how dog life drawing was born.

Since then, I’ve run classes in York and Leeds, with Alix hosting sessions in Nottingham, as well as delivering many private and corporate events. Alongside my own art practice, I really love creating spaces where people can relax, have fun, and be creative.
