All instructions were well described on what to do lots of flower options and infused perfumes to choose for my candle. It was a relaxed approach which was organised well Lindsey was polite formative and gave us lots of great tips and advice if we wanted to make some at home, she also informed us of other workshops for the future defo use again x

The table was all set up for each person all the things laid out lovely The workshop was thoroughly explained practical and written handouts We come away with 3 self made candles I couldn’t be more pleased Thank you for running this class and thank you for it being so easy to do and join in with. There was tea/ coffee snacks provided and it was just help yourself The venue was easy to find with lots of free parking

Perfect if you’re a beginner like me, or even if you just want to refresh your knowledge. A lovely therapeutic afternoon which I would thoroughly recommend ️ also loved the little take home kit you can buy at the end to practice! This was bought for me for a gift from my partner so they also make great gift ideas.

Made 3 candles ready to take home, one in a little tin, one in an upcycled cup/mug and one in a large jam jar which we decorated inside with dried flowers and/or feathers. Aftercare of candles and safety also well explained. Highly recommend this class. Plenty of parking at the venue too!

It was lovely to be able to do this with my husband too who also enjoyed it. The venue was easy to get to from central Bristol and everything was provided that we needed. It was an intimate group of 8 including us which was exactly the right number of people. The scents and dried flowers / leaves available on offer to use to decorate and fragrance our candles were a great selection and super lovely. Lindsey, our teacher was really nice and everything was explained well so the instructions were easy to follow, the flowers and leaves I chose are looking lovely in my cream candle. I am really happy with the overall result and I can't wait to light my candles

Lindsay herself is friendly and was very patient with a room of amateurs, explaining all steps clearly and teaching us a lot about the considerations when making and purchasing candles generally. The workshop itself was super fun and we were all delighted with the 3, yes 3, candles we made and took away Lindsay provided tea, coffee and a yummy selection of chocolate/ biscuits. Finally, the venue itself was spacious and had good facilities including parking and baby changing facilities. Overall, we would highly recommend this workshop. Thanks a lot Lindsay.
