What you'll do
Creating candles is a sensory experience that relaxes the mind by getting you in flow and allowing us to focus only on the material and the scent. Expect a natural calming effect and a beautiful candle while also learning about crystals and aromatherapy. You will start by learning about the different types of crystals we will use in the workshop. Then your hosts discuss fragrance families and what top, heart, and base notes are. They'll share tips on creating a natural fragrance. You will learn the different benefits and healing therapies of the different essential oils.You will then use a blend of essential oils to add to your soy wax candle. You will start by heating the wax, adding the essential oil blend, setting up the wick, and finishing by pouring your 170ml candle and adding your chosen crystal to add on top.You'll leave with your gorgeous candle in hand, plus all the skills you've picked up during the class.All raw materials are cruelty-free, ethically sourced, eco-friendly, and 100% natural.
