Having been crocheting for over 15 years, I made the move from crafting marketer selling yarns to people in their email inboxes to teaching when the company I worked for became a victim of Covid in 2020. Prior to teaching, I've designed and created hundreds of crochet projects, but nothing quite ticks my boxes like teaching. Back in 2016, I co-wrote a Crochet for Beginner's Guide for my workplace, and in starting there, I knew I loved to pass on my knowledge, so I spent years honing my craft to do exactly that.Apart from teaching around North Wiltshire and West Berkshire, I made national headlines in 2024 when I recreated the Taylor Swift Eras Tour poster out of crochet (and it ended up being absolutely massive!). I've gained a really fun following of Swiftie crocheters over on my Instagram (and a handful on TikTok), but it's passing on my passion and knowledge to others where my passion really lies.
