What you'll do
Join Sarah Harper from Rowan Tree Studio for this natural soap-making class in Clovelly and learn the cold process method for making soap that is kind to your skin and to the planet!
By crafting handmade soap yourself, you can make it for a fraction of the price and use your sweet-smelling goodies as unique gifts for loved ones.
Guiding you every step of the way is your friendly teacher Sarah, the founder of The Clovelly Soap Company. With eighteen years of experience in crafting soap and skincare, you can be sure you're in safe hands.
You will be introduced to different oils, butters, extracts and additives and discover how they work in the recipe and their benefits for the soap. Gain insight into the soap making equipment, ingredients, history and techniques including how to blend scents. After a tasty lunch, you'll work in pairs to make three batches to take home with you.
