FAQ

What are Public Workshop Sessions?
These set sessions are open to individual members of the public, couples, family or friends. The art workshops usually run for 2 hours, whilst the craft workshops can run for up to 4 hours. The 2 hour workshops enable me to deliver 2 different workshops on the same day. Participants can then benefit from extra crafting time plus savings on travel costs if they book the 2 workshops together. These sessions are held in my home studio. Minimum number of participants is 1, maximum number is 8. NB: I will let you know the number of guests booked onto your workshop 2 weeks before the date.
What are Private Workshops?
These sessions are more flexible, allowing for a group of family, friends or work colleagues to get together, relax and be creative. They allow you to choose the date, time, duration and type of workshop(s) you require. Duration can vary to suit the group and you can choose to do 1, 2, 3 or 4 hour workshops, or a variety of bespoke taster workshops. Just message me to discuss.
Is there parking at your venue?
There is limited parking for 3 cars onsite. These spaces will be offered to participants with mobility issues first. There is no on-street parking in the road. Free parking is available approx. 10 minutes’ walk away at: Shrubbs Field Car Park, Shrubbs Drive, Middleton-on-Sea, Bognor Regis PO22 7SW

Hello, I'm Lou
I love inspiring others to develop their artistic skills in a fun and relaxed environment. I enjoy the phrase: ‘I can’t draw or craft’ and take great delight in showing that, actually, you can!
Upon retiring, I opened an online shop and began designing/selling art and craft items in steampunk, shell, bark and shabby chic styles, plus craft kits for adults and children. I've recently joined ClassBento and am enjoying using their learning platform and their continuing support!
Whilst employed, I developed and taught art and craft workshops for businesses, Learning at Work days, Family Events and managed a Learning Centre. I am a trained adult lecturer.
I look forward to meeting, welcoming and working with you in my West Sussex Studio.
