During the workshop, you'll master the creation of layered raspberry millefeuille with delicate puff pastry and fresh fruit, alongside 'Dunes Blanches' – the classic choux buns from Bordeaux. You'll also learn to prepare professional vanilla crème pâtissière to fill your creations, understanding the techniques that distinguish fine French pastry. The morning format allows you to complete these dainty sweet treats in time to showcase them at your weekend afternoon tea.
