Discover the art of felting in this exciting workshop - a felting class in Swansea that guarantees beautiful Christmas presents! Kids aged 7 and up will have a blast as they learn how to create their own felted soap from start to finish.

Felted soap is not only a stunning gift, it's also practical. This unique soap is made by covering a bar of soap with pure sheep's wool and felting it together. The result is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also offers antibacterial properties and acts as a gentle exfoliating washcloth. Plus, the felted wool helps your soap last much longer.

With all materials included, this beginner-friendly class guides children through every step of the felting process. They will learn how to prepare the fibre, blend wool colours, and wet felt the fibres until the soap is completely encased.

And the best part? Each participant will get to take home their very own bar of felted soap. Looking to make more at home? No worries! Kits will be available for purchase on the day.

Join us for a fun and relaxed workshop that requires no prior experience. Give your child the opportunity to learn a new skill and create a unique gift. Don't miss out on this workshop - it's an activity that promises to be as enjoyable as it is educational. See you there!

I have been a crafter for as long as I can remember, it's definitely a family thing, my mother, grandmother and great grandmother were all crafters. I believe we are all born with a tiny seed of creativity, luckily for me it was nurtured throughout my upbringing.

I love creating and making - transforming beads, wool, cord etc into wonderful and unique creations! It's therapeutic and soothes my soul! The next best thing is passing on this knowledge through teaching.

I started teaching crafting around 2013/2014, initially Beadweaving and quickly became an international bead designer (see Dragonfly Designs UK) and as time went on I incorporated my other crafts, Needlefelting, Weaving, Wetfelting, Wool Spinning, Macrame, Crochet, knitting, Fluid Art - and still have more I want to discover.

I live and work 5 minutes from the ocean under the name 'Happy Ever Crafter' which is located on the Swansea Bay coast in South Wales, UK. Being so close to the ocean, national parks and mountains really sparks my creativity.
