Children's Amigurumi Workshop Series

Join our exciting crochet and knitting class in Northampton designed specifically for 11 to 18-year-olds who are new to the craft! In this three workshop series, teens will expand their crochet skills and create adorable amigurumi toys. Whether you follow a specific pattern or let your creativity flourish with your own designs, this class is perfect for beginners.

During the workshops, you will receive guidance on various crochet techniques, including amigurumi crochet, working in the round, increasing and decreasing stitches, changing yarn colours, stuffing toys, and joining limbs. Additionally, you will learn how to add safety eyes and add the perfect finishing touches to your creations.

To ensure a comfortable learning experience, 3mm crochet hooks and a variety of double knitting yarn will be provided. If you prefer working with chunkier yarn, please feel free to bring it along and remember to bring a hook size smaller than what you usually use for that yarn.
