Ideal for networking, client entertainment, team building and other formal events, this flavourful foodie journey is sure to put a smile on your group’s faces.
This experience can run two ways to suit a variety of events. It can take place informally using tasting zones set up around the room which will be equipped with tasting notes and cards or formally, where guests will be invited to sit down and be entertained by a tasting expert as they indulge their taste buds one sip and munch at a time.
Let our sommelier treat your team or group to the very best Ports that suit your needs and budget. A typical port tasting will include a ruby port, a barrel-aged tawny port, a refreshing white port and lastly a mystery port. All of which will be matched with a variety of artisanal cheeses from blue cheese, soft cheese, cheddar and of course, a mystery cheese! Each cheese will be sourced locally from the UK.
At the end of your flavourful tasting experience, your group will be full of not only deliciousness port and wine but also full of cheesy knowledge and sweet vino facts!

- The teacher can accommodate most dietary requirements.
- The event duration is flexible and can last between 1-3 hours, depending on the size of the group and your requirements.
- Our pop-up cookery school can travel to your choice of venue nationwide. We work in partnership with many leading hotels, spas and venues across the UK and can help source an appropriate venue with overnight accommodation for your company. Alternatively, we can hold an event on your company premises. Feel free to get in touch to ask about your options, and we will do our utmost to come up with a package which best suits the needs of your company and budget.
