Our cookery school classes are entirely hands-on and taught by expert chefs in a home-from-home kitchen environment. Our ethos is to explain the chemical composition, Ayurvedic and herbal values of food so that recipes are nutritionally rich, look visually appealing, and taste divine. Our cookery classes and corporate events will change your perspective of food with a teaching methodology that makes no assumptions of your starting position but rather takes you by the hand on a journey of discovery, peppered with lots of hints and tips to give a technical understanding of why certain processes are necessary in cooking to broaden your knowledge.
Our recipes are straightforward to replicate at home and we always use fresh, ethically-sourced ingredients. We work in small groups so that the personal relationship with your chef and your fellow students can add to the richness of the day, whilst ensuring that everyone receives the right amount of one-to-one tutoring and the full attention of the chef taking the class.
