Hi, I’m Ashleigh, and I’m so excited to share my story with you!My journey with cooking and baking began at the age of 7 when I first discovered the magic of creating something sweet from scratch. What started as a fun hobby quickly turned into a lifelong passion. Over the years, I became captivated by the endless creative possibilities that baking offered. From the intricate art of cake decorating to the thrill of experimenting with new flavours, my kitchen has always been a space where I can express myself.A pivotal moment for me was when I first made a bento cake for a mum's 60th birthday. I had never seen anything quite like it, and the process of creating something both visually stunning and delicious sparked a new wave of creativity in me.That moment led me to where I am now, hosting bento cake decorating workshops where I get to share my love for baking with others!
