What you'll do
Join Laura for a fun, informative workshop to learn how to make paper roses from your choice of book paper, sheet music or maps. The finished roses will then be mounted on wire stems and taped to give a neat finish.
You will develop the skills to make further roses at home. Book paper flowers make lovely gifts, home decorations or even wedding bouquets. Perfect for weddings, first wedding anniversaries, or just to treat yourself!
This workshop is perfect for birthday and hen parties looking for a fun activity, craft-loving brides looking to make paper rose decorations for their own wedding, or
community groups, craft clubs and flower clubs looking for something a bit different to add to their meeting programme.

- Templates and printed instructions so that you can make more roses at home.
What to bring
All equipment and materials will be provided, however if you have a favourite book or piece of music that you would like to incorporate, feel free to bring it along.

L & S Crafts is run by wife & husband team, Laura & Sam, with Laura providing the ‘craft’ element and Sam the ‘artistic’ input!
Laura is passionate about all kinds of paper-based crafts and she really enjoys developing new workshops to pass on these skills to others. Papercrafts are a wonderful introduction to the world of craft, as with simple equipment and a bit of expert knowledge you can create beautiful items to enjoy yourself or share with friends & family.
L & S Crafts are also activity providers for Wild Harvest School of Self-Reliance and teach a range of their natural craft workshops. These bite-sized workshops are perfect for social gatherings such as hen parties and baby showers.
L & S Crafts are available for private workshop bookings at your own venue across Yorkshire, the North West and the Midlands. We can bring our craft boxes to private houses, village halls, function rooms, workplaces, cafes, pubs, etc. Past workshop bookings have included hen and birthday parties, community groups, corporate team building sessions and a guest appearance on the 'Winter On The Farm' TV show!
