Every cake decorating workshop and macaron class is taught by Erica and Charlie, the mother and daughter team behind Bluebell Kitchen. We offer hands-on in person cake decorating and macaron workshops in our welcoming Kent kitchen. Our classes are small and relaxed, giving you the time and space to really enjoy learning new skills in a supportive, friendly environment.

Whether you’re completely new to cake decorating or looking to refine your technique, our workshops focus on clear guidance, quality ingredients and beautiful results. We believe learning should feel enjoyable and unhurried, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and gain confidence as you go.

From macaron making to decorative techniques and personalised one-to-one sessions, every class is carefully taught and fully equipped. We provide all tools, materials and refreshments. You’ll leave with something you’re proud of, along with practical skills you can take home and use again.
