Baking has been a part of my life since I was 10 years old, when my grandmother first taught me how to make cakes from scratch. It was those early days in the kitchen that sparked a lifelong love for creating delicious treats. Over the years, I've honed my skills, including attending a cake decoration course to perfect my craft. There's something truly special about transforming simple ingredients into edible art, and I find so much joy in sharing that with others.I love teaching because it allows me to connect with people over a shared passion. Whether it's helping someone master a new technique or watching their excitement as they decorate their first cake, it's rewarding to see others grow in confidence and creativity. My workshops provide a fun, relaxed environment where anyone—whether a beginner or experienced baker—can feel inspired.One thing people might not realise about baking is just how therapeutic it can be. For me, it's always been a way to express creativity and unwind, and I aim to pass that sense of calm and enjoyment onto my students. I've had the pleasure of working with many students, from hobby bakers to those looking for something unique for their events. Whether you're after a fun bonding experience or just want to learn a new skill, I'm here to guide you through the sweet world of cake decorating.
