Highly recommended!

  • 4/5 from Anonymised ClassBento customer, attended Jan 2026: Fun activity and a fun way to spend a creative morning in London.
  • 3/5 from Amanda Pavon-Lopez, attended Jan 2026: The teacher was friendly but once she'd explained what to do, she left us to it. While responsive to questions, she did not circulate or offer individual advice or inspiration. There was no wrap up at the end - people just drifted off. More interaction with us would have made a difference - it felt like she wasn't much interested in what we were doing. The venue was inappropriate too - very noisy pub with terrible lighting so it was hard to see what we were painting. Although we came away with 5 candles, the overall experience was a bit disappointing.
  • 3/5 from Claire Lloyd, attended Dec 2025: Nice enough evening but it was significantly spoilt by the change in venue space from a private room to a semi private area - which had a main entrance in the middle of it - it was cold and just got busy with other customers. The evening was fun but the title is misleading as this is not candle making - it’s candle bending and painting! Which is not candle making. Our host was good but she explained she had hardly any briefing so my questions were unable to be answered. Which made the evening a bit stressful!
  • 5/5 from Samantha Nicholls, attended Nov 2025: We booked this for a team-building activity for a group of work colleagues. Our instructor was great, and made the class really fun and chill. We were super impressed by how great the candles looked (even the ones by those of who are less creative!). We loved this session and would highly recommend it!
  • 5/5 from Sharmishtha Nath, attended Nov 2025: Loved this candle making class! Our teacher Paige was so lovely and helpful. Highly recommend. The location was also great.
  • 5/5 from Missie Low, attended Oct 2025: Brilliant organisers and perfect on the day. The team were so helpful in finding a venue and in the day our teacher was wonderful! Super easy instructions, gave us all the help we needed and let us start experimenting while we nattered
  • 5/5 from Ella McGuire, attended Sep 2025: Great class! Very friendly teacher who explained how to bend the candles. Placemats were given with little pictures to use as inspo plus a personalised birthday message on them. The class itself was very straight forward and relaxing compared to other classes which require concentration and lots of listening. Highly recommend! We have done a variety of ClassBento classes and this was in the top 2. Thanks Bendy Boy!
  • 4/5 from Laura Garton, attended Sep 2025: I ordered the bendy candle making session for my sister’s hen. I found the price very reasonable and the organisation of the event - from booking to collaborating with the host venue - incredibly smooth. The event itself was cute and great for a group of girls looking to do a wholesome activity. Would recommend and the teacher was great and so kind.
  • 5/5 from Megan Verity, attended Aug 2025: We had such a fab time with Paige, she was lovely and fit right in with the hen do vibes. It was a great way to kick start our hen do and the Bride loved it. We were all super proud of our candles! Thank you x

  • 5/5 from Leila Bekhit, attended May 2025: We had a great class with Sarah! She was very patient and accommodating with our large group. The candles were explained clearly and it was easy to make something that looked stunning! Definitely a great activity for a hen do, it was nice to take something home that is actually useful and actually looks great, rather than a throwaway craft.
  • 5/5 from Anonymised ClassBento customer, attended May 2025: Harri was so wonderful! We did her wonderful ‘Bendy Boys’ workshop for my hen party. We definitely all learnt a new skill and came away with some wonderful ‘Bendy Boys’! Highly recommend and hope to do her ‘Table for Two’ workshop.

  • 4/5 from Fleur Segrave, attended May 2025: Class was great and the instructor was lovely. It was the perfect activity for a hen do. Unfortunately in the week leading up to the event I received a message to say that the host needed to change the class to start an hour later than our agreed start time. This wasn’t possible due to other activities planned. We agreed to 30 minutes later however despite this comparison we still had to start 10 minutes late due to a class finishing up before us.
  • 5/5 from Johanna Millen, attended Apr 2025: Had the best time doing the bendy boy workshop for part of my hen do! Harri was so lovely, made everyone feel welcome. Everyone had such an amazing time! I will absolutely be back for more workshops! 10/10 if you want to do something wholesome thank you Harri!
  • 5/5 from Anna Hogarth, attended Apr 2025: We had a lovely session with Sara thank you! Creative, relaxing and fun for the whole team to get involved easily!
  • 5/5 from Chloe, attended Apr 2025: I had a bendy candle making class with Harri on my hen do, and it was such a fun day! My friends and I really loved the activity and Harri was great at giving us tips throughout the way! Would highly recommend to anyone!
  • 5/5 from Victoria Haynes, attended Mar 2025: Amazing workshop in a really gorgeous space! Harri is great; funny, warm and knowledgeable, and strikes the perfect balance between support and independent creativity. Great value for money; we got to make and paint five candles each, and a drink was also included in the price. Would definitely do this again!
  • 5/5 from Charlotte Martine, attended Mar 2025: This was a gift for my friend's birthday. The setting was beautiful and a really nice environment. The teacher was lovely - great energy. She described what to do really clearly and came to check how were doing. We came home with 5 candles and would really recommend this class.
  • 5/5 from Kate Munro, attended Mar 2025: Such a lovely class! Very relaxing and the candles look great!
  • 5/5 from Belen Martinez, attended Mar 2025: absolutely loved it!!
  • 2/5 from Libby Hoggard, attended Mar 2025: It was a nice activity to do with friends, and the girls running it were lovely but I think some improvements are needed to justify the price. There should be more variety of colour of candles on offer. Candlestick holders on the tables you are working on should be provided so there is somewhere to put your candle whilst the paint dries. Better paint should be provided, as the cheap acrylic is chipping off by the time you get your candles home. The paint is also left out in the open for the full time of the workshop, so it was drying out by the time you start to use it.
  • 5/5 from Roisin, attended Jan 2025: This was a brilliant class, such a great energy and environment. The colour of the candles was perfect and instruction clear. I could have stayed there all day if we could have. She was so helpful and positive you left feeling great. Also so many more candles that I had expected so great value for money.
  • 5/5 from Nu Tan, attended Jan 2025: Harri was great! It was a lot of fun! Great for a solo date, a date with the girls or a fun activity to do with your beau! Highly recommended!
  • 5/5 from Mounia Bagha, attended Jan 2025: The workshop was very fun and the teacher was amazing - I had a great time!
  • 5/5 from Leigh Edwards, attended Jan 2025: Wonderful start to a Saturday. Super busy course. Lots of friendly people. Teacher was friendly, helpful and smiley. Bendy boy candle making was fun. I would have personally preferred a better choice of colours for the candles as ended up with lots of pale pink and lilac only choice. However, really enjoyed it. Well organised and inside a great building
  • 5/5 from Estelle Cobbson, attended Jan 2025: A really lovely way to celebrate my birthday. The instructor was great, really helpful and friendly. A perfect wholesome and cute activity!
  • 5/5 from Casey Tredgett, attended Jan 2025: We had a great time at the Bendy Boys session. Harri was lovely and the set up was great. I would recommend and would defo attend again. My only 2 recommendations would be that 2 hours would be better as we felt a bit rushed at the end to finish our paintings and also same cheap candle stick stands would be helpful to use whilst painting/ drying as some of my candles didn’t stand up on their own which made it a bit difficult. But had a lovely afternoon and would definitely recommend. Thank you Harri
  • 5/5 from Riaz Ali, attended Dec 2024: Great class, really easy to follow and nice venue
