Beginners' Resincrete Casting Workshop

Learn to cast homewares from resincrete at this resin art workshop in Stockport.

2 hours Class size 1 to 10 guests       £30

Discover the art of mindful casting and create a beautiful collection of home décor in this hands-on resincrete casting workshop in Stockport, where you'll learn to pour, mould, and finish your own unique pieces. You'll create two stunning home décor products – one with bold, vibrant colours and one with elegant, stone-like marbling – plus a grounding Power Pebble and your very own custom-decorated carry-bag to bring everything home.
The workshop takes you through seven creative steps, starting with intention-setting and colour planning, then moving into the satisfying process of measuring, mixing, pouring, and finishing your pieces. You'll learn professional techniques like the "Dirty Pour" method to achieve those beautiful marble effects, and you'll discover how to work with liquid and powder pigments to create exactly the look you're after. While your pieces cure, you'll keep the creativity flowing by designing your Power Pebble and stencilling your carry-bag – it's mindful, hands-on work from start to finish.
Your friendly teacher will guide you through every step, from mastering the perfect mix ratio to using wet-sanding techniques and professional sealers to get that polished, professional finish. You'll leave with two beautiful décor pieces ready to display at home, a grounding stone you've designed yourself, and a collection bag you've personalised – plus the skills and confidence to continue your casting journey whenever you'd like.
What you'll get
A completed tray and ribbed pot.
