I teach mandala art by doing mindful, easy to follow workshops to relax and unwind.I fell in love with Mandala art when going through stressful times in my life, both at work and at home, and found the calm, mindful nature of mandala art helped me so much. My passion is to share that with others, so that you too will know the benefits of this beautiful art form.Based just outside Bristol, the workshops are all local and face to face in friendly and relaxed environments.My name is Vicky, the creator of SeraVida Art, and I run all the workshops.
