What you'll do
Learn how to make jewellery using silver clay in this hands-on class. Guided by a friendly teacher, you will craft your very own gorgeous silver pieces (purer than sterling silver) to take home and add to your box of treasures!
Making genuine silver jewellery is easier than you think. In this introductory workshop, you will learn at least two techniques for transforming shapeless clay into stunning silver items and come away with around two to four pieces of handmade jewellery.
There is a wide variety of design options for you to explore, from necklaces to cufflinks -- the hardest bit will be choosing which lovely piece to make!
Please note: If you are a group of 2-4, your class will be held in the lovely Severn Studio. If in a group of 5-20, you'll be in a larger studio close by.

I first learnt to crochet as a child and spent hours and hours making, sewing, knitting and learning every new technique possible in art, craft and design. After a degree in graphics and 16 years of experience teaching Textiles, Graphics, Art & Design and Design & Technology, I strongly believe in developing my own practice to be the best tutor I can be. I am continually inspired by my students of all ages, so it's definitely a two-way street!
