Yarn (preferably Aran or Chunky weight) with an appropriate hook (e.g 5mm/6mm/8mm/10mm) to suit the yarn - for Aran weight I recommend using a 5/6mm hook and for Chunky weight yarn, I recommend a 8/10mm hook

Founded in the dark days of Lockdown #1 in 2020, Stitch Street was born out of a desire to help people find a sense of calm and help build resilience to combat the stresses and strains of modern day life. I am passionate about delivering quality crochet classes, workshops and 1:1 tuition for kids, teens and adults. Why? Because I believe that while it is a fantastic skill to have, it will help our children (and even adults!) to build an inner sense of strength and a belief in their own ability. Absolutely anyone can crochet, of that I am a firm believer.I'm a qualified teacher by trade and am able to adapt lessons to suit the needs of my students. I am a student of the International Diploma in Crochet led by Pauline Turner of Crochet Design and I am a certified Crochet Technical Editor, qualified to check crochet patterns for designers.
