To accompany the beers, our chefs will serve a smoked hot dog in a soft brioche bun, topped with crispy onions and mustard mayonnaise, alongside golden fries — a feast worthy of the friary’s long brewing history.Beer and Bait Our beer expert will pair a selection of local craft beers with some matching bar snacks. You’ll start the tasting off with a visit to our own Micro Brewery before heading to the beer tasting where the fun and informative tasting of ‘beer and bait’ will continue.Beer and Cheese Tasting Join us for a unique beer and cheese tasting. Start the evening with an arrival schooner of Blackfriars’ Lager followed by a tasting of top-drawer cheeses paired with a variety of local craft beers.
