Analogue Film Workshop for Wedding Photographers

Get ready to take your wedding photography to the next level with our exclusive full day intensive 1-to-1 workshop. In this immersive experience, you'll gain all the knowledge and confidence you need to incorporate fine art analogue film into your wedding packages.

During this workshop, you'll have the opportunity to learn and master various aspects of film photography. Here's what you can expect to achieve:

• Learn about a variety of different film stocks and cameras.
• Analyse real-life examples of wedding photography shot on film to help you decide on your own tailored plan.
• Create a personalised kit, stock, shoot and post-production checklist to ensure you have everything in place.
• Learn how to load film cameras (35mm and medium format -- bring your own or borrow from Little Vintage Photography).
• Shoot 2x rolls of black and white film in different formats during a guided photowalk.
• Mix all your own black and white chemistry.
• Learn how to use a darkbag to load a daylight tank.
• Process your own roll(s) of film by hand.
• Dry, cut and view your negatives.
• Mix darkroom chemistry.
• Learn how to use the enlarger (basics).
• Create 2x contact sheets from your rolls of film.
• Receive a post-workshop gallery of your images scanned and edited.

• Due to the historical nature of the building, there is no lift access. Access to the studio is via a short flight of stairs to the front door and up 2x internal flights of stairs. The darkroom is via a flight of external open iron steps down to the bank vault in the basement.
• The person making the booking must be over 18. Any under 18's must be accompanied by a parent/guardian/educational provider aged over 18 at all times or will be turned away and no refund can be offered.

• All equipment, chemistry, 2x rolls of black and white film, camera to borrow, photographic paper, resources and templates.
