  • 5/5 from Rachel Godfrey, attended Sep 2026: Excellent! I bought this as a birthday present for my sister and it did not disappoint. Emily was brilliant at teaching everyone what to do. She was calm and helpful and the pace was just perfect. She was very encouraging too, especially when I was doubting what I had painted! It was a really good evening and I will definitely be recommending to my friends.

Hi, I'm Emily, founder of Lovely Brushly and lifelong art enthusiast.
My journey began at age ten, inspired by my grandad who shared his love of art with me through a gifted art book. Though I later pursued a career in science, a visit to Tate Britain reignited my passion for painting, which became my sanctuary from the daily grind.
Having hosted "Paint & Sip" workshops in London, I've experienced firsthand the joy of helping others discover their artistic potential. Now, through Lovely Brushly, I offer workshops designed for everyone – from complete beginners to aspiring artists. We break down the painting process into simple, manageable steps, ensuring you feel confident throughout your creative journey.
Whether you're seeking a peaceful escape, looking to meet new people, or planning a special outing with loved ones, join us for a refreshing creative experience where you'll create your own masterpiece to take home.
