I welcome participants of all experience levels, including those with no previous meditation knowledge.During the session, you'll experience a complete sensory journey helping you to connect with the changing seasons marking the Summer Solstice. The ritual begins with TASTE, setting intentions while enjoying warm cacao and flower remedies. You'll then experience SOUND through a Yoga Nidra-style meditation followed by SIGHT via guided visualisation for inner clarity and peace. The SMELL component introduces carefully selected essential oils chosen specifically for this seasonal transition, while TOUCH concludes the experience with gentle hands-on healing for grounding and reconnection. By the end of this experience, you will feel relaxed, recharged & reconnected. This ritual provides a safe, calm space to honour the Solstice and welcome in new energy!We always end with sweet treats and a chat!
