Celebrate the fresh flavours of traditional and simple Spanish cooking at this hands-on cooking class.
This gourmet Spanish and tapas cookery day explores the flavours of Spain and gives you the chance to learn how to cook some traditional tapas dishes.
Guided by expert teachers, you'll learn to cook many simple dishes using easy-to-follow recipes and straightforward techniques to create a beautiful spread of food including traditional paella.
Your cooking instructors are qualified chefs with many years of training from a range of top kitchens. They'll take you through your hands-on cooking class, providing lots of support to ensure you have a great time exploring Spanish cuisine.
Your cooking class starts with a welcoming tea or coffee and the opportunity to meet your fellow cooks and chef tutors. Refreshments will be served throughout the day and you'll enjoy a delicious lunch, cooked by you!
As part of your class, you'll cover:
  • Knife handling skills and chopping techniques.
  • Food preparation techniques using freshly prepared ingredients.
  • The creation of a variety of Spanish tapas dishes.
  • Food seasoning with natural flavours and ingredients.
  • Dish presentation techniques.
If you're keen to learn to cook Spanish cuisine and explore the flavoursome world of traditional tapas, this cooking experience is an excellent place to begin! You'll finish up your class with a host of new tapas recipes to add to your repertoire, and some delicious food to take home and share with your friends and family.
It is not essential to book as a pair. Individuals are welcome to book onto this lesson but must be aware that this class requires you to work in pairs and you maybe paired up with another individual for duration of the class. This is an adult lesson and not suitable for children under the age of 11 years. 
Please let your teacher know of any dietary requirements when you cook your cooking class.
