Add a personal touch to your festivities at this Cyanotype Christmas Creations workshop, where you can make your own unique cards and paper decorations.
This creative activity is a wonderful introduction to the beautiful art of cyanotype, an early photographic process that uses sunlight to produce rich, deep-blue prints. You will learn how to prepare your paper, expose it to light, and develop your prints using seasonal foliage and festive stencils to create magical, winter-themed designs. Once your beautiful prints are dry, you’ll be shown how to turn them into a selection of handmade Christmas cards and charming hanging decorations.
This is a relaxed, hands-on workshop designed for everyone, regardless of your previous creative experience. All the materials you need will be provided, and your friendly teacher will guide you through each stage of the process.
You'll leave the class not only with a bundle of your own stunning Christmas creations but also with the confidence and knowledge to continue exploring this enchanting photographic art at home.
