  • 5/5 from Caroline Crolla, attended Oct 2024: It was fun to try something new. I have not worked with acrylics before. Actually, I have not painted anything before. The tutor was very lovely and patient in getting us to compose and execute our version of her painting.
  • 5/5 from Deborah Heighes, attended Oct 2024: Lots of fun and my picture is better than I thought A great evening out with friends
  • 5/5 from Cheri Grover, attended Sep 2024: Our second brush party and was just as good as the first. Great teachers and advice throughout the session and help mixing colours (thank you). For someone who thought they had the artistic ability of a young child I can’t believe I’ve created a wonderful painting. Materials are great, endless paint provided to go with your canvas, three brushes, napkin and water. I still haven’t got the technique to use the smaller brush without making lines too thick so something to have to improve when we sign up for our next class. Location in Farnham is lovely and central. Pub staff are pleasant too. All in all a wonderful evening spent with my friend (as seen in pic) to celebrate my rather large birthday and looking forward to the next one x
  • 5/5 from Georgina Sutton, attended Sep 2024: I bought this as a present for my mums birthday and we both absolutely loved it. The teacher was very good and the venue was beautiful, but we were a bit crammed in as the table was a little small for all the people there, so a bit more elbow room would have been nice. I think the class was very good value for money
  • 4/5 from Tasha Halstead, attended Sep 2024: Good, clear explanation and resources. Easy to follow along and both team members were helpful.
  • 3/5 from Roger, attended Sep 2024: I have been to quite a few of these classes & the seating is always cramped but this one was even more cramped than usual! It was a small room and the chairs were so close together there was no space for drinks, water, paints etc. Maybe if the used paper towels & pallets were cleared away it would have made more room.
  • 5/5 from Lynne Leedham, attended Aug 2024: Attend a Brush & Sip was on my list of 50 Things to do Before I'm 50. So I went with 3 friends to attempt Rainbow Bay. Milly was fantastic - really friendly and positive! She talked us through the painting step by step and made it look so easy. The Castle Pub was lovely, although we were tightly packed in, and I would have like a little more space to work. The evening was great value for money and all resources were included. I would definitely attend again.
  • 5/5 from Mary Thane, attended Aug 2024: Very well organised session. Team are very friendly and helpful. Evening was relax and great fun. Definitely will be doing this again
  • 5/5 from Claire Baker, attended Aug 2024: My friend and I had a really great evening painting. The class was a nice size and very friendly. Our teacher Millie was really clear at explaining each step as she demonstrated how to do it. All the materials were provided and were of good quality. Especially the brushes which made doing the painting easier. The pace of the class worked perfectly. Not so fast that we couldn’t keep up but not so slow we were sitting around waiting. It was fascinating to see how everyone’s paintings turned out. All really good and all unique. Thank you so much for a great evening out. I will be booking again.
  • 4/5 from Gail, attended Aug 2024: Good value for money. Wasn't warned it was upstairs. I have mobility issues. Lighting was dreadful it kept flickering and wasnt bright enough. Needed more space between each painters. Instructions weren't as easy to follow as previous classes. Fun and friendly teacher and helper. The paintbrush to do finer detail was like painting with a boulder. Great crowd, very friendly.
  • 5/5 from Sharon Gover, attended Jul 2024: Fantastic evening and love the finished painting. I will be back! Thank you so much.
  • 5/5 from Jeanette Old, attended Jul 2024: We went for my friend's birthday who were visiting from Australia. Our teacher was amazing and really informative. The Castle pub was a really lovely venue and very welcoming. All the necessary materials were provided and colours topped up when required. The class was lots of fun and well worth the money. A lovely way to spend an evening with friends (or on your own).
  • 5/5 from Hannah Bessell, attended Jul 2024: Fantastic venue Clear instructions Less people than previous sip & paint which I found better. Will highly recommend
  • 4/5 from Pip Todman, attended Jul 2024: What a fun night creating a lovely painting that actually looked like the original! Good teacher, fast pace but managed to keep up. I would have liked just a little longer and slightly slower pace, but I was very pleased with my result. All the materials were provided, I feel it was great value for money. Myself and 2 friends came along for the first time to have a go and we all loved it. Will certainly do another one!
  • 3/5 from Laura Tyrrell, attended Jul 2024: Nice venue not my usual venue but painting was the reason for booking will definitely book again
  • 3/5 from Angela Walker, attended Jul 2024: Could be a lot better, table layout wrong meant we were too far away to see what she was doing, and we had to look around our neighbour to the left as they blocked the view. Never enough space on table for drinks as well as paint. Limited water changes for brushes, could do with more than 3 brushes, smaller one for detail. Didn’t explain how much of a colour to make so constantly had to rush to make more to be able to keep up. Some of the details were not painted in a logical order, ie mane and forelock done before ears finished which meant painting over and looked odd. Whilst she spoke good English, as it wasn’t her first language the directions could have been better. We did a fox painting before and that was better as that lady explained where to put things using face of a clock so it looked like a fox at the end, this one didn’t which meant head was far too small overall and very disappointed.
  • 5/5 from Francoise Stevens, attended Jun 2024: My sister, my daughter and my niece all went to a Brush Party this week in Farnham. We had the absolute best time. A really fun evening, so well organised and we all brought home an amazing picture we are all proud to hang on our walls. My niece is quite artistic but the rest of us are hopeless but our pictures are gorgeous! No idea how we did it. The teaching was brilliant!
