In this unique Italian cooking class, you will have the opportunity to discover the art of pasta making and uncover authentic forgotten recipes. You will learn how to prepare traditional semolina gnocchetti, also known as Malloreddus, served with a seasonal and traditional pesto. Using the best of British seasonal produce and traditional Italian cheeses, you will create a delicious dish to take home.
This hands-on experience is designed for all skill levels. The class will be guided by expert instructors who will provide step-by-step instructions and support throughout the process.
During the workshop, you will spend 2 hours immersed in the world of pasta making, learning techniques and tips for crafting the perfect gnocchetti. You will work with high-quality ingredients and kitchen tools, gaining confidence in your culinary skills as you create a mouth-watering dish.
At the end of the class, you will have the satisfaction of not only learning a new skill but also enjoying the fruits of your labour by cooking and eating the delicious recipe you have prepared.
