Keeping everyone safe

At Hobbycraft, we want our workshops to be enjoyable, inclusive, and safe for everyone. Some workshops are suitable for children, and where this is the case, a parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising their child at all times unless the workshop is clearly stated as suitable for independent attendance. Our colleagues and instructors are there to guide the activity and support a safe environment, and if any concerns about safety or wellbeing arise during a workshop, these should be raised with a member of staff straight away.

  • 5/5 from Fer, attended Nov 2025: Rachel’s wreath-making workshop was a warm, inspiring experience. With only four participants, the small group allowed for personal attention and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Rachel guided everyone with patience, enthusiasm, and clear demonstrations that made each step easy to follow, even for beginners. Her creative suggestions encouraged confidence while letting each person shape their own unique design. The small group setting sparked conversation, idea-sharing, and plenty of enjoyment. By the end, everyone left with a beautiful handmade wreath and a real sense of accomplishment. Rachel’s passion and supportive teaching style made the workshop memorable and truly uplifting.
  • 5/5 from Margarita Galvin, attended Nov 2025: We loved the workshop & Amy was really helpful! You get lots in the box, berries, pinecones, cinnamon sticks, dried oranges and ribbon too.

  • 5/5 from Anonymised ClassBento customer, attended Nov 2023: Great teacher in Gizella who gave lots of techniques and ideas. Wonderful variety of materials to work with and top tips and tricks to create an amazing looking professional wreath that will be the centrepiece of my home. Highly recommend.
  • 4/5 from Lorraine Kirsch, attended Nov 2023: Teacher very informative with the products provided for the wreath we were making. Variety of different textures, ways to decorate the wreath. Ideas given for other seasons, Halloween Easter etc.
  • 5/5 from April Gargiulo, attended Dec 2022: Great workshop, good for team building, we all very much enjoyed it. Teacher was lovely and friendly, and the materials were fab.
  • 5/5 from Tracy Crocker, attended Nov 2022: Thank you very much to our teacher Rachel, i had a wonderful time and it was very enjoyable
  • 5/5 from Susan Dawkins, attended Nov 2022: There was a warm welcome from our teacher. She was very knowledgeable and patient with the group. Perhaps a larger selection of trimmings would have been good to allow a bit more individuality (not the teachers fault) but the course and the items provided were good value for money. I greatly enjoyed the experience!
