Julie was lovely and very knowledgeable. There was a problem with the connection with the tablet talking to the Cricut, the manager worked hard to rectify it so my class was extended which was very much appreciated. I would reccomend doing classes with Hobbycraft. The venue at Cirencester is very good as you are not in the shop so you are not interrupted by customers.

Hannah was very friendly and had researched my queries so she could answer them and we talked about things we both didn't always find easy. Having one to one has given me the courage to try new projects and is definitely value for money and I would do another one. As the workshop is in the middle of the store we were interrupted twice by other customers but I don't think there is an answer to that. Thank you to Hannah she was so nice and knows her subject.
