It was a pleasant surprise to find that I was the only person at the workshop so received one-to-one tuition from Amy. It was her first workshop and she was brilliant - clear instructions and demonstrations, and lots of patience and encouragement!

The kit provided was good quality - lovely brush pens, practice sheets, a lined notebook to continue practising and a pad of smooth plain paper for practising without lines to guide you. The tags/ luggage labels are there to help you write small!

I very much enjoyed this workshop and would recommend it to others who have an interest in calligraphy.

A good variety of products provided and I was able to complete 4 different cards within the hour-long class. The teaching was hands-off - we were shown what the teacher had made with the same products, and then simply got on with our own - but she offered us tips on using the equipment and recommended other items we could use (not provided) for additional effects. A small friendly group and a relaxing time spent being creative!
