Eloise was knowledgeable and clear. She tailored the session to meet my individual needs and skill base. She was able to answer any queries I had and my free gift of a luggage label came out well. I learnt a lot and will feel more confident using my SG500 now.

Really enjoyed my session with Anna and I learnt a lot, creating my first sublimation piece with the Sawgrass printer. One star missing due to the technical difficulties with the software which interferes with the flow of the session
