I have done a few of the workshops with Shane and he is very knowledgeable. We chose a project to suit me - adding a design to a cushion cover. The store was clean and tidy and Shane had all the materials ready in advance. Shane explained each step and other options that could be done such as adding different colours. He answered all my questions and gave me some great hints and tips. He was very safety conscious as we were using the EasyPress which got very hot. Shane is a great teacher and I did not feel rushed which made the workshop very enjoyable.

Chantelle was very knowledgable and took me through step by step how to use the infusible ink sheets in the mug press and we also discussed using infusible ink pens. She gave me some good hints and tips and answered all of my questions. A very informative and enjoyable workshop.

This is the third workshop I have done with Shane. Again he answered all my questions and tailored the workshop to what I was wanting to learn. He also explained all the materials and examples of how and when you would use them. None of the three courses I have done with Shane have felt rushed. If you are thinking of doing one of these workshops I would thoroughly recommend Shane and the Northampton store.

Shane was very knowledgeable and tailored the session to me and what I wanted to learn. He explained about the different types of vinyl and some ideas on how and when to use each type. Shane showed me step by step what to do both with the vinyl and design space and answered all of my questions. The session was very informative and gave a great insight in what was possible on the Cricut Maker 3. There were materials readily available and tips were given on how to maximise the use of the offcuts. Another great session and I look forward to the next one on infusible ink.

I currently do not own one but am attending some workshops to get some ideas on what it can do before purchasing. Shane answered all my questions and I also got some great tips from him. The reason I booked onto this workshop, which is the second one I have done - the first being at a different store, Beginners Guide to Cricut Maker 3 was to learn more about what it could do before actually purchasing the machine as it is a big investment. Sue was very knowledgeable and I was lucky to be the only person booked on the course so she could concentrate on what I wanted to know. She showed me on the instore iPad various things you can do in Design Space. There are some limitations on what can be done instore but that is understandable. I was able to pick her brains and as well as getting an overview of Design Space got some great tips on people to look up on the internet and the key tools you need to get started as it would be easy to to go mad and buy things you don't really need for what you are using the machine for. I won't remember how to do everything she showed me but I will remember what can be done. I am looking forward to my third workshop early next month to learn a bit more, again in a different store - only because the workshops are booked and it makes sense to do the workshops in a certain order.
